My daughter Lacey and I headed to the Bing Cancer wig boutique today. I am losing my hair but it’s different this time. The first cancer episode I lost my hair down to smooth skin. This round there is a small amount of very short hair still on my scalp. I am attributing that to the cooling cap. The person that worked with us today was very friendly and compassionate. She showed us several styles and.colors from which to choose. I decided on a style and color very much like what I am losing. Lacey and I had a great day, she once again tried on the wigs and put up with my silliness. And like years ago cancer is giving me a chance for a whole new head of hair.
