Before treatment begins there are a few things that will have to happen. First was my appointment today with a surgeon to schedule port placement. That surgery will be next Tuesday the 17th, I won’t know the time of the surgery until Monday afternoon. Tomorrow is an early morning appointment for surgical clearance and Saturday afternoon is a PET scan. And here I was thinking that retirement would be relaxing.
